When you are on the yoga mat nothing else matters. You become centred and aware of your whole being, physical and spiritual. Yoga has the ability to work on all aspects of your health, internal and external organs. Always connecting back to our breath, the mind becomes quiet and you become clear and calm which flows through to your whole being. I teach a more traditional style of Hatha Yoga. As a teacher I take you on a journey through your body and as a student you gain confidence, strength and flexibility. Yoga is non-competitive, and you become more balanced within yourself.
